I have worked for Heartland Roofing, Siding, and Windows for over three years in different capacities. I started out as our production manager making sure the work done was done correctly to code and to customer satisfaction, including site clean up and running magnets through the yard for nails. I’m from Des Moines and grew up on the southside. I graduated from Lincoln High School in 1997. I currently live in West Des Moines and like to golf and just be outside. I look forward to meeting with you.

Communication to me is a huge sign of a great business. From the moment I sent an email to Ryan and inquired about services with Heartland Roofing, Siding & Windows, to the follow up call after the work was done from Emily & everything in between, there was constant communication throughout the whole process. I am a Realtor and called Heartland to do some work for one of my clients getting ready to list their home. The work was done ahead of time, the technician called to let me know that he was there & then the office called to follow up on the service. I will definitely be referring them to my clients because of their professionalism, attention to detail, quality & responsiveness.

I used this business for siding/windows inspection. I really like the professionalism of this business, they don't try to upsell anything. Ryan Breckenridge gave me honest estimate and saved me a lot of money. I will be using this business for any future repairs and would highly recommend this business.

Ryan is a very nice man and explained everything in detail and was here when the insurance adjuster was here to also speak to him. He kept in contact with me throughout the whole process. When I was able to have my roof put on they were her with a crew did the whole job in 1day and cleaned up all the trash from the roof. Very nice experience with them.

Everything was great. The crew finished and cleaned up in a day. Ryan came over the next day to clean up any nail stragglers in the yard with his giant magnet. The roof looks great!

Great experience! I called Ryan and he scheduled a complimentary estimate that day. The quote beat the competitor’s pricing and he was very knowledgeable in the process. Ryan was professional and provided great communication along the way. 5 stars ⭐️
